Assiya Eleni Kayma

I’m Assiya, founder of Continuum. My professional experience in production planning, supply chain management and ERP systems allows me to look beyond individual processes and understand how everything connects. I’m passionate about creating the right flows, bringing structure and turning complex challenges into practical solutions. I believe that when people, processes and technology work together seamlessly, businesses can achieve lasting improvements.

My background is in Management, with a bachelor’s degree specialising in Hospitality. During my studies, I developed a keen eye for detail, optimisation and customer experience.

As a multilingual professional, I communicate fluently in Dutch, German, French and English. My language skills allow me to connect easily with different teams, stakeholders and international partners. Because strong collaboration starts with the right communication.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, discovering new places and currently learning to play the piano. There’s also a little story behind my name: my parents found inspiration for it during their travels, something that perhaps explains my own curiosity and love for exploring new perspectives.

My approach is simple: understand the bigger picture, create the right connections and build flows that work.
