What data
When you contact us, we process your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
Purpose and legal basis
We only use this data to answer your question and prepare a possible collaboration (consent and pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Retention
Data is kept no longer than necessary: at most 2 years after last contact, unless the law requires longer.
Sharing
Your data is never sold. It is only shared with providers needed for email and hosting, under appropriate agreements.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object. Send us an email. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
